Hello, my friend, hello

It's an ugly, rainy, wet, miserable, I've got tons of things to do but I'm much happier cuddling up on the couch with a sleepy cat and blanket kind of evening in London. I've been reading a blog recently started by a friend, reflecting on my life...especially a recent photography course I've taken that has reminded me just how much I love the art! It also inspired me to think about previous dreams I put aside, thinking they were just that...dreams. So here I am, picking up the path again with my blog, hopefully interweaving photography and writing as I rediscover myself and the complex, multi-layered, mysterious woman that I am ;-) I am not just an Occupational Therapist, I am not just an American living in London, I am not just someone's partner or friend or sister or daughter. In my writing and my photography I want to rediscover the world through my eyes, my own unique perspective, not through everyone else's eyes as often happens in my daily work. I hope to frame the compelling with my camera, my thoughts, and my words and share them here with you.
